- The Bike MS: BB&T Tour to Tanglewood 2008 Ride is an unforgettable, two-day journey through parts of Guilford, Forsyth and Davidson Counties. More than 1,500 cyclists ride along a scenic rural route ranging from 20 to 140 miles. The Ride has raised over $1 million in each of the last three years.

- Every Friday Morning throughout the year.
- Plan to leave Bagels and Brew around 6:30am. We ride the yellow loop (27-30 miles). Causal pace 16-17avg speed.

- This ride is for everyone from a casual riders to a competitive cyclist.
- 18, 27, 36, and 50 mile routes. Plus, a simlpe "joy" ride for those who prefer something light and fun.
- Register here online or between 7:30-8:30am on the day of the ride. The registration fee is $40 and includes a complimentary t-shirt and lunch from Little Richards Barbecue.
